Charlie’s philosophy is that to understand what drives a person or family’s finances, one must first understand what they are passionate about. With over 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Charlie is tireless in his work and devoted to serving his diverse clientele with personalized strategies, always cognizant of the faith they have in him.

Charlie grew up on a dairy farm just north of Watertown, WI and earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (1998). He played four years of Division I baseball during his time at UW-Milwaukee (1995-1998 seasons). He started with MPC right out of college in January 1999, partnering with Craig Thompson. Charlie became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in 2008 and joined the Financial Planning Association the same year.

He married his high school sweetheart, Melissa, and they have three children (a daughter and twin boys). Outside of the office, Charlie is an avid sports fan…there’s always a live sporting event (or two) on a tv in his house. For the past 10 or so years, he’s also enjoyed coaching the youth baseball and basketball teams that his boys have been on.
